More About Carolyn
I am an active Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner® in Studio City, California for over 20 years. Along with my private practice, I enjoy bringing the benefits of Feldenkrais to a wider audience, including my students at Rancho La Puerta Spa, voted number one Destination Health Spa by Travel and Leisure Magazine in 2020, in Tecate, Mexico. I've had a long teaching relationship with the Multiple Sclerosis Society and have presented at the Disney Cancer Center at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Burbank, CA and the Los Angeles Cedar Sinai Hospital’s Feldenkrais Expo. I've practiced yoga for over 30 years, and am a certified teacher of the Sounder Sleep System®. I believe in the power of lifelong learning, and am always looking to share the best new resources with my students to complement my one-on-one lessons. (My most recent pick: Norman Doidge's groundbreaking book showing how one of the best ways for the brain to learn new habits is through the gentle movement offered by Feldenkrais!) I'm a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis.
